These Terms set out the rules for using the giftias.com website (the "Website") and constitute the terms and conditions referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
The Website is operated by ECOM BIS sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Bohaterów Warszawy 6/7G, 25-394 Kielce, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000614542, tax identification number (NIP) 6572922956, REGON 364271228 (the "Service Provider").
Contact with the Service Provider: e-mail office@giftias.com or by letter to the registered office.
A User is any person who uses the Website.
2. Services provided on the Website
The Service Provider provides the following services on the Website free of charge:
• making content available, including gift guides and information about the offer for businesses,
• a contact form through which an enquiry can be sent to the Service Provider.
The Website does not sell anything. Information about products and brands, including links to shops of other entities, is for information only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Any purchase contract is concluded by the User directly with the seller, on terms set by that seller.
3. Technical requirements
To use the Website you need:
• a device with internet access,
• an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled,
• to send the contact form: an active e-mail address.
Specific risks associated with using electronically provided services include, in particular, malicious software, attempts to obtain data fraudulently (phishing) and interception of transmissions on unsecured networks. The Service Provider recommends using up-to-date software and an antivirus program.
4. Conclusion and termination of the contract
The contract for making content available is concluded when you open a page of the Website and terminates when you leave it.
The contract for using the contact form is concluded when the form is sent and expires once a reply has been given.
The User may stop using the Website at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost.
5. Rules for using the Website
The User undertakes to:
• use the Website in accordance with the law, these Terms and accepted standards of conduct,
• not submit unlawful content through the Website,
• provide true data in the form,
• not take any action that disrupts the operation of the Website.
Content on the Website, including texts, graphics and page layout, is protected by copyright. Using it beyond the scope of permitted use requires the consent of the Service Provider or another entitled party.
6. Liability
The Service Provider makes every effort to keep the content of the Website up to date and reliable. The gift guides are intended as inspiration. Prices, availability and features of products are set by the seller and may change.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the content of websites of other entities linked from the Website.
The Service Provider may temporarily suspend the Website for technical work.
The provisions of this section do not limit the Service Provider's liability towards consumers to the extent that the law does not allow such liability to be limited.
7. Complaints
You can submit a complaint about the operation of the Website by e-mail to office@giftias.com or by letter to the Service Provider's registered office.
In your complaint, please provide your contact details and describe the problem.
The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving it and will reply to the address from which it was sent.
Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the assistance of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or a regional inspectorate of the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) in Poland. Information on these procedures is available on the website of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection: uokik.gov.pl.
A consumer living in another European Union country may also ask the European Consumer Centre in their country for assistance.
8. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are described in the privacy policy available on the Website.
9. Changes to these Terms
The Service Provider may change these Terms for important reasons, in particular when the law or the scope of services changes. The new version is published on the Website at least 7 days before it takes effect. A change does not affect enquiries sent before that date.
10. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and the Civil Code.
The choice of Polish law does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.
These Terms are effective from 17.10.2026.
